Butler Supply, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support professional to back our Outside Sales team. You will generate quotes, source and price material, and pursue existing and new customers while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include order follow-up, problem resolution, product education, and accurate data entry of orders and inventory. A positive, upbeat atmosphere and safety-minded approach are valued.

Qualifications

• Provide Outside Sales support, producing professional job quotes as needed or requested.
• Follow-up/expedite customer orders, resolve problems to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Actively pursue business with new and existing customers and/or opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service and educate customers on products and promotions.
• Data entry of orders, pricing, and inventory information.
• Answer phones professionally and assist customers with their purchases.

Responsibilities
