Job summary

Quest Industrial LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Aftermarket Inside Sales Administrator) to provide administrative and sales support for aftermarket products, services, parts, and equipment. You will manage quotes, orders, inquiries, and sales processes while collaborating with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales or related experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial equipment preferred.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, esp. Excel, Outlook, Teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of automated packaging equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and sales support for aftermarket products, services, parts, and equipment.
• Serve as a primary contact for customers, handling quotations, orders, inquiries, and sales processes.
• Coordinate with Materials, Engineering and Service teams to ensure accurate information transfer.
• Prepare and process customer quotations for aftermarket parts, services, repairs, and maintenance agreements.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and sales information in systems.
• Liaise with AR to resolve past-due invoices efficiently.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Coordinate with operations, service, purchasing and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop spare part packages for new systems and advise on stock levels.
• Collaborate with ProMach companies to capitalize on synergistic opportunities.
