Job summary

GH Induction Atmospheres LLC in Rochester, NY is seeking an Inside Sales Admin/Purchasing Assistant to join our team. This full‑time, non‑remote role runs Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm, and involves supporting Spare Part Sales and Purchasing.

The ideal candidate has solid computer skills, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities. Familiarity with SAP is a plus, and willingness to learn our inventory controls and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn SAP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and shift priorities.
• Understanding of supply chain concepts is preferred.
• Resume with three professional references requested.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming inventory and issue to project locations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Vendor representatives on purchase orders to prevent delays.
• Order stocked materials before they reach critical levels.
• Procure parts for fabrication shop, obtain quotes, and prepare purchase orders.
• Ship parts; manage international and LTL shipments.
