Qualifications

• Understanding of pumps, valves, rotating equipment, or mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with aftermarket parts sales, repair processes, and industrial service operations.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and inside sales practices.
• Understanding of pricing, quoting, order processing, and inventory management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary inside sales contact for pump/valve replacement parts, repairs, and service solutions.
• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding pricing, availability, lead times, repair status, and technical information.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Prepare accurate quotations for replacement parts based on customer requirements and manufacturer recommendations.
• Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry into the ERP system.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling related products, services, and upgrade solutions.
