Southeast Pump Specialist, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service professional to support our pump and mechanical seal products.

You will respond to inquiries, understand customer needs, and identify sales opportunities while coordinating with outside sales and providing quotes and product information. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inside sales or related roles, familiarity with industrial pumps or rotating equipment, and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• 2+ years inside sales, customer service, industrial sales, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with industrial pumps, rotating equipment, or mechanical equipment is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; able to learn technical products.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other channels.
• Develop strong relationships by understanding needs, applications, and purchasing requirements; identify sales opportunities and follow up on quotes and leads.
• Support outside sales with customer communication, quotations, product information, and order management.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
