Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. is seeking a senior aftermarket sales professional to expand revenue across North America for RTK and Schroedahl product lines.

The role involves field visits, technical training, and close collaboration with channel partners and customers to drive service opportunities and improve installed-base visibility. The candidate will manage quotations, forecast aftermarket sales, and ensure compliance with trade policies while traveling as needed across the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on aftermarket sales experience in industrial equipment, valves, or process control.
• Strong knowledge of control valves and related industrial equipment.
• Experience with spare parts, product configurations, and BOM structures.
• Familiarity with value-selling methodologies and customer-focused sales processes.
• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, service portals, and related software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with external customers and channel partners.
• Willingness to travel extensively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with end users, engineering teams, and maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of North America end customers and identify aftermarket expansion opportunities.
• Analyze installed base and determine aftermarket revenue entitlement based on field installations.
• Conduct site visits and plant walk-downs to assess valve conditions and provide maintenance recommendations.
• Deliver technical training and product education to partners, customers, and end users.
• Prepare spare parts recommendations and service documentation to support customer needs.
• Document customer visits and field findings, installed base data, and opportunities.
