Job summary

CIRCOR is seeking an inside sales professional in Norfolk, VA to manage pump and valve parts, quotes, and service solutions. You will respond to pricing inquiries, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure accurate ERP order processing while driving cross-sell opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in inside sales or customer service, experience with pricing, quoting, and inventory, plus strong communication and technical drawing interpretation skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 3+ years inside sales or customer service.
• Experience with pricing, quoting, order processing, and inventory concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as inside sales contact for pump and valve parts and service.
• Respond to inquiries about pricing, availability, lead times, and status.
• Prepare accurate quotations for replacement parts.
• Process orders in ERP and track quotations.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with suppliers.
• Coordinate with engineering, service, and manufacturing to resolve issues.
• Review Navy project quotations for feasibility and accuracy.
