• Gather intelligence on company initiatives, digital transformation projects, technology investments, acquisitions, leadership changes, and hiring trends.
• Research executives' professional interests through LinkedIn, industry publications, interviews, podcasts, and company news.
• Maintain and enrich CRM records.
• Monitor industry news and identify trigger events that create sales opportunities.
• Support outbound campaigns with customized prospect insights.
• Work closely with Business Development Representatives and Account Directors.
