Job summary

Jobot Consulting is seeking an organized Inside Sales / Project Coordinator to support the sales team and coordinate customer projects from inquiry through quoting, approvals, production release, delivery and installation coordination. The role runs 7am-3:30pm and is fully in-office.

This position requires at least 2 years in sales coordination, experience with AutoQuotes, and strong attention to detail in reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales coordination role.
• Experience with AutoQuotes (or similar) including data management and reporting.
• Strong skills in sales coordination, reporting, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals using AutoQuotes.
• Support special-order pricing and product substitutions.
• Review architectural plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Identify project requirements, constraints, and scope gaps.
• Coordinate submittal packages, drawings, and approval cycles.
• Manage drawing revisions and customer approvals.
• Confirm dimensions, finishes, quantities, and product specs.
• Maintain accurate project files and customer correspondence.
• Coordinate projects through production, delivery, and installation.
• Communicate with sales reps, dealers, and consultants.
• Track manufacturing timelines, approvals, and delivery schedules.
