Job summary

Jade Range, LLC in California is seeking an organized Inside Sales / Project Coordinator to support the sales team and coordinate projects from inquiry through production release.

This role partners closely with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Shipping, as well as external sales reps, dealers, customers, and contractors to ensure projects are quoted accurately, documented correctly, and executed on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, project coordination, estimating, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Ability to read blueprints, equipment plans, architectural plans, specs, or shop drawings.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and proposals in AutoQuotes; ensure timely delivery of quotes and submittal packages.
• Review plans, specs, and shop drawings to identify requirements and gaps.
• Coordinate submittal and drawing packages with internal and external teams; manage revisions and approvals.
• Confirm product dimensions, finishes, quantities, and specs before production release.
• Maintain accurate project files and status updates in company systems.
• Coordinate projects from sales/estimating through production, delivery, and installation.
