Jobot is seeking an organized Inside Sales / Project Coordinator to support our sales team and coordinate customer projects from inquiry through quoting, approvals, production release, delivery, and installation coordination in Orange, CA.

The role requires at least 2 years in a sales coordination role, experience with AutoQuotes, and strong data management and reporting skills; this is an on-site position with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales coordination role.
• Proven experience with AutoQuotes (or similar), including data management and reporting.
• Strong skills in sales coordination, reporting, and documentation, with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Accurate quotes and proposals using AutoQuotes.
• Support special-order pricing and product substitutions.
• Review architectural plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Identify project requirements, constraints, and scope gaps.
• Coordinate submittal packages, drawings, and approval cycles.
• Manage drawing revisions and outstanding customer approvals.
• Confirm dimensions, finishes, quantities, and product specifications.
• Accurate project files and customer correspondence.
• Coordinate projects through production, delivery, and installation.
• Communicate with sales representatives, dealers, and consultants.
• Track manufacturing timelines, approvals, and delivery schedules.
