White Cap is seeking an attentive Order Entry Associate to deliver dependable service across multiple channels. You will enter orders, quote basic pricing, and process secure payments while maintaining accuracy and customer focus.

In a collaborative, on-site environment, you’ll identify stock products, suggest alternatives, and help keep margins within pricing guidelines, supporting teammates to meet service commitments with professionalism.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in transactional tasks.
• Clear communication with customers and associates.

Responsabilidades

• Processes orders across phone, email, text, and counter accurately and promptly.
• Handles payments securely via credit card, check, and cash.
• Identifies stock products and recommends alternatives.
