Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. seeks an Inside Sales professional in Anaheim to grow revenue by acquiring new accounts and upselling services. You will coordinate deliveries, process orders, and handle inquiries, acting as a link between customers, sales, dispatch, and management.

The role is office-based with occasional yard work and potential overtime. The ideal candidate has customer service experience, sales ability, and strong communication skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must possess sales ability identifying customer needs through upselling.
• Be comfortable working with a team and independently.
• Technologically capable: Microsoft Suite knowledge and CAD/AS 400.
• Strong communicator with positive attitude.
• Valid unrestricted Driver's License and 21+ to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Answer and document all incoming calls to assist customers with rental needs.
• Process rental reservations, scheduling pickups, and creating quotes.
• Assist walk-in customers, vendors, or applicants in a professional manner.
• Help customers select equipment to ensure satisfaction and safety.
• Communicate with yard and shop via two-way radio for equipment needs and loading.
• Review credit card rental files and maintain accurate billing.
• Enter lost rentals, rate inquiries, and service calls in logs.
• Flag leads to field sales for follow-up.
• Possible loading/unloading and delivery of equipment.
• May require extended hours or on-call work.
