Job summary

The role is typically Monday–Friday, 7am to 4pm, with overtime eligibility. Expect about 80% office work and 20% yard exposure, with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 years inside sales experience preferred.
• Sales ability: identify customer needs via upselling.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must have valid unrestricted driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Answer and document incoming calls to assist rental customers and vendors.
• Create rental reservations and expedite deliveries/pickups.
• Assist walk-in customers and potential applicants professionally.
• Help customers select equipment for safety and job needs.
• Coordinate with yard, shop, and dispatch via two-way radio for orders.
