Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking an Inside Sales professional in Colton, CA. This role focuses on increasing revenue through new accounts, suggestive selling, and building strong customer relationships.

The incumbent processes orders, quotes, and deliveries with coordination between customers, sales, and dispatch. The position emphasizes office work (~80%) with some yard presence (~20%), requires providing quality solutions, and offers a robust benefits package, with weekly pay and quarterly

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 years inside sales experience preferred.
• Must possess sales ability identifying customer needs through upselling and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Answer and document all incoming calls to assist rental customers and inquiries.
• Process rental reservations, schedule pickups, create quotes, and handle returns.
• Assist walk-in customers, vendors, and applicants in a professional manner.
• Help customers select equipment to fit job requirements and safety.
• Coordinate with yard and shop using two-way radio for equipment needs.
• Review open contracts and manage billing and credit card rentals.
