Sunstate Equipment Co. in Balch Springs, TX seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue, build customer relationships, and manage rental orders end-to-end. You’ll partner with Dispatch, Yard, Service, and OSRs to deliver an exceptional customer experience and grow accounts.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build customer relationships and close opportunities.
• Willingness to learn Sunstate systems and procedures.
• Familiarity with rental operations and equipment industry is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers to uncover needs, recommend rental solutions, and expand orders.
• Open new accounts and identify opportunities to increase revenue per transaction.
• Assist customers with equipment selection based on site requirements and Sunstate's fleet.
• Participate in local sales campaigns to increase branch volume.
