Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. LLC is hiring for an Inside Sales position in Colton, CA. The role focuses on increasing revenue through new accounts, upselling, and building customer relationships.

Expect 80% office work and 20% yard, with a pay range starting at $23.15 to $32 per hour and weekly pay, plus a quarterly performance bonus. The job requires at least 2 years of customer service and inside sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with a team or independently.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Customer Service experience required.
• 2 years Inside sales experience preferred.
• Must possess sales ability and strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork required.
• Technologically capable: Microsoft Suite and CAD/AS 400 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Answer and document all incoming calls to assist customers with rental needs and inquiries.
• Process rental transactions: reservations, pickups, quotes, and driver orders.
• Assist walk-in customers, vendors, or job applicants professionally.
• Help customers select equipment for their job to ensure satisfaction and safety.
• Coordinate with yard and shop via two-way radio for equipment loading/unloading and orders.
