Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Perris, CA. The role focuses on increasing revenue through acquiring new accounts, upselling, and building durable customer relationships, while coordinating services and processing rental orders.

The position requires strong communication, 2+ years in customer service and inside sales, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; CAD/AS 400 knowledge is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience.
• Minimum of 2 years Inside sales (direct customer contact) experience preferred.
• Must possess sales ability identifying customer needs through suggestive selling or upselling, and strong relationship-building skills.
• Be comfortable working with a team and independently, any task could go either way.

Aufgaben

• Answer and document all incoming telephone calls to assist customers with rental needs.
• Process rental transactions including reservations, pickups, quotes, and driver orders.
• Assist walk-in customers and vendors in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Help customers select equipment for their job to ensure satisfaction and safety.
• Coordinate via two-way radio with yard and shop for loading/unloading and orders.
• Review credit card rental file daily for accurate billing.
