Mancomm is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue through outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion in its Bastrop, TX office. This high-leverage role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, rewarding performance with substantial earnings potential.

You will cold call, qualify leads, schedule demos, and maintain CRM data, while meeting call and activity quotas. Strong communication, listening, and objection handling are essential, with CRM experience (GHL a plus)
