Job summary

Aftermath Distribution LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Liberty Hill, TX. This hunter role focuses on hammering the phones, generating new business, reactivating dormant accounts, and growing existing customers with uncapped commissions based on performance.

You will prospect, educate on promotions, and use CRM to manage a high-velocity sales pipeline, while meeting daily and monthly targets. On-site schedule Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, with strong earning potential for motivated sellers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of inside sales, telesales, or B2B sales experience.
• Comfortable making 75–150+ outbound calls per day.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals with strong phone skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and results-driven with excellent organization.
• Willing to travel for customer engagements (Real ID/Passport).

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound sales calls daily to open new wholesale accounts.
• Reactivate dormant accounts, grow existing customers and educate on products.
• Use CRM to manage pipeline, track activity, and follow up promptly.
• Build relationships with smoke shops, vape shops, convenience stores, liquor stores.
• Enter orders accurately and consistently meet sales goals.
