Job summary

SmartFinancial is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth in our insurance marketplace. You will conduct 150–250 outbound calls daily, educate potential clients on our products, and push for target attainment.

You’ll build strong relationships, manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing, and keep detailed CRM records to support performance and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High-volume outbound calling experience preferred.
• Ability to educate clients about products and services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Make 150–250 outbound calls daily to agents and agencies.
• Educate potential clients about our products and services to drive sales.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and nurture relationships with new clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM.
