Job summary

PRO-VISION is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Transit Division, driving new business from prospecting through closing. You will manage client relationships with a consultative approach and ensure CRM accuracy to forecast and report on opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to learn technical products and convey their value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Business Development from prospecting to closing.
• Manage client relationships through all sales-cycle stages with a consultative approach.
• Track customer information, forecasts and reports; keep CRM updated in Salesforce or similar.
• Maintain a robust pipeline to meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Manage time effectively to achieve sales goals and metrics.
