Job summary

QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products, is hiring for a customer service/sales role in Maryland. You will receive and process price quotes, orders, returns, and billing inquiries, while coordinating delivery with operations and supporting Outside Sales.

Ideal candidates have frontline customer service and sales experience, with construction materials knowledge. Spanish bilingual is a plus, and a willingness to learn product information is important within a dynamic team

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience required.
• Industry experience with construction or building materials preferred.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Eagerness to learn and retain product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process price quotes, orders, returns, and billing inquiries.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
