Job summary

QXO in Maryland is seeking a customer service and sales-focused team member to receive and process price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, and billing inquiries. You will coordinate delivery and pickup with operations and support the Outside Sales team.

Candidates should have front-line customer service and sales experience, with construction/building materials industry a plus, and Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus. Excellent communication and product knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams
• Provide support to Outside Sales team
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services
