Job summary

QXO in Sarasota, FL seeks a capable front-line customer service and sales specialist to handle quotes, orders, returns, and inquiries, while supporting the Outside Sales team. The role requires accurate processing, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7am until work is done (roughly 4pm) with OT/weekend flexibility. Benefits include 401(k) with match, health coverage, PTO, training, and more.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus.
• Stock and organize products in showroom with accurate inventory.
• Customer-facing experience.
• Process orders, returns, cancellations, and quotes with accuracy.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Ability to communicate and follow up with customers, vendors, team, and management.
• Eagerness and ability to learn vast product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
