Job summary

QXO is seeking a customer service oriented individual to join our team in Massachusetts. You will receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, and billing inquiries while coordinating with operations on deliveries and pickups.

This role supports the Outside Sales team and helps ensure accurate, timely information to customers. You should have front-line customer service and sales experience, with a plus for building materials knowledge and Spanish language skills.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
