Job summary

QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products, invites you to join our customer service team in Michigan. You’ll handle price quotes, orders, returns, and product information, while coordinating delivery with operations and supporting the Outside Sales team.

Prior front-line service and sales experience is valued, with computer proficiency and a willingness to learn product lines. Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus as is knowledge of construction materials.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Proficient with computers and common software.
• Construction/building materials industry experience is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
