Eastern Industrial Supplies in Greensboro, NC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow PVF and industrial product sales. You will assist walk-in and phone customers, quote orders, and maintain strong vendor relationships.

You will learn our product lines, manage orders and returns, and participate in commissions and bonus programs. The role suits a customer-focused professional with a knack for fast-paced wholesale environments.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in writing orders or providing quotes for customers.
• Solar Eclipse ERP system experience would be a plus.
• Experience in Industrial Distribution - PVF Pipe, Valves, Fittings, and commercial plumbing products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stellar customer and vendor relationships in PVF and wholesale distribution.
• Assist walk-in and telephone customers in selecting products and processing orders.
• Manage order statuses, expedite orders, and handle returns in a timely manner.
• Educate yourself on company products to help customers make informed decisions.
