Job summary

Humanetics Sensors is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a high-performance sales team serving industrial, biomedical, and aerospace sectors. You will handle outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and follow-up while collaborating with Field Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing to develop new business and nurture existing customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Business or a technical discipline
• Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other sales tools to identify new business opportunities.
• Research, develop, and qualify sales leads for the Field Sales Manager.
• Contact prospective customers to introduce HITEC Sensors' products and capabilities.
• Follow up on existing quotations to answer customer questions, identify next steps, and help move opportunities toward a purchase decision.
• Re-engage customers and prospects on lost or inactive business opportunities to identify new sales potential.
• Support Field Sales Representatives by coordinating quotations, tracking opportunities, and maintaining customer communications.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to prepare, distribute, and follow up on customer quotations.
• Maintain accurate customer, contact, and opportunity information in Salesforce or the Company's CRM system.
