PLS Logistics Services is seeking a Sales Representative to act as a key resource for customers, shipping freight nationwide 24/7/365. The role includes paid training, ongoing coaching, and rapid growth opportunities within a strong, collaborative team.

Starting salary is $47,000 with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Logistics brokerage experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as essential resource helping ship freight nationwide 24/7/365.
• Develop a portfolio of clients through cold calling and provided leads.
• Negotiate pricing to close deals and resolve client service issues.
• Coordinate with Logistics Coordinators to manage load and grow business.
