Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.
• Attention to detail in handling transactions.
• Overtime occasionally required.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to provide industrial, medical, and specialty gases, welding equipment and supplies.
• Advise customers on tools, hardware, and materials needed for projects.
• Demonstrate equipment use and share quality insights to help customers succeed.
• Manage order entry and deposits reconciliation; process transactions.
• Coordinate with customers and team by phone, email, and in person.
• Support branch growth with proactive call strategies and merchandise transfers.
