Value Windows & Doors Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to provide superior customer service and support for inside sales calls.

You will be the primary contact for assigned Value Windows & Doors customers, acting as a liaison among customers, sales, and production teams. You will respond to inquiries across channels, educate customers on products, process quotes, and support order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (AA a plus)
• Bilingual in any other language a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in inside sales or call center helpful
• Ability to read CAD drawings preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely responses to customer inquiries via multiple channels
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and Account Managers to resolve customer issues
• Take off order entry, corrections, and version tracking
• Educate customers on Value Windows & Doors products as the technical expert
• Support order fulfillment by coordinating with production, credit, and delivery
• Make outbound calls to targeted customers to strengthen relationships
• Process and review orders promptly and accurately
• Provide system-generated quotations to customers
• Report on competitor pricing when available
• Communicate with all departments and customers with courtesy and professionalism
• Adhere to ethical policies and procedures
• Prepare reports on quotes not converted to orders on request
• Plan ship dates for orders
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed
