Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative / Sales Support Specialist to join our established manufacturing technology distribution team. This hands-on role leverages mechanical aptitude to help manufacturers solve production challenges by connecting them with equipment, tooling, and support to operate more efficiently.

You will prepare quotes, respond to customer questions, track orders, and use QuickBooks to manage invoices and records.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and practical technical problem-solving.
• Willingness to learn specialized manufacturing products.
• Comfortable working on Mac computers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes for industrial equipment, tooling, conveyors, and safety systems.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve order issues by phone and email.
• Track orders, shipments, and deliveries and communicate updates.
• Enter quotes, orders, invoices, and basic accounting details in QuickBooks.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Coordinate with vendors, shipping partners, and internal teams.
• Learn product lines to support customer needs and sales growth.
