Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is hiring an Inside Sales Associate to grow market share, uncover opportunities, and provide solutions that build long-term customer partnerships. You will manage accounts, increase orders, and educate customers on ADI’s product lines.

You will leverage pricing tools, maintain accurate CRM records, and work to meet or exceed monthly targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by increasing margin on assigned accounts and meeting targets.
• Increase order size, transactions, and leverage pricing tools.
• Add new customers and identify opportunities from competitors.
• Manage all existing accounts through regular communication using the CRM database.
• Make outbound calls and reach a minimum daily call target.
• Educate customers about new products and lines; stay updated on industry developments.
• Maintain and update customer interactions in the tracking system.
