ADI Global Distribution is hiring an Inside Sales Associate to grow market share, uncover new opportunities, and provide solutions to customers’ needs, building long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities include expanding accounts, outbound calling, maintaining CRM records, educating customers on products, and promoting ADI—with a focus on delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Sales Experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy with basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Desire to be in a Sales role and be accountable for Sales Revenue.

Responsabilités

• Grow Customer Accounts for Profit: meet targets, increase revenue and margins.
• Increase order size, leverage pricing tools to improve margins.
• Grow customer base by adding new customers and converting competitors.
• Manage existing accounts through steady communication using CRM.
• Make outbound calls and meet daily call targets to present leads.
• Build Customer Relationships within ADI to encourage teamwork and service.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and explain features to customers in simple terms.
• Create Brand Value by educating customers and providing a great shopping experience.
