Job summary

You should be comfortable making outbound calls, maintaining accurate quotes, and ensuring timely order fulfillment while building strong relationships with clients and teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or account management with a sales component.
• Comfort making outbound calls and proposing add-ons without being pushy.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Ability to track quotes and close the loop consistently.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own quotes and follow up on a set schedule until won or lost.
• Enter orders accurately and inform customers of delays.
• Sell on every contact by recommending related products and pricing.
• Grow accounts by proactive calls and reorders.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales and keep them informed.
• Stay organized across phone, email, text, and chat.
• Source and coordinate with warehouse for on-time fulfillment.
