Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED - Required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery terms and payment terms.
• Assist outside sales by processing priority transactions.
• Use company tools to sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products.
• Prospect for new accounts within the territory and manage existing customers.
• Learn operations to identify customer objectives and close orders with root-cause analysis.
• Gather and report market and competitor information to management.
