Foundation Building Materials, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales professional in the United States. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, providing product guidance, generating quotes, and supporting walk-in customers at the front counter.

Responsibilities include order entry, pricing, communication across channels, and collaboration with outside sales and internal teams. The position offers growth, a generous benefits package, and an hourly pay range of $18.00–$23.00 DOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years inside sales experience (incoming call preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to focus on different tasks and use time efficiently.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Warehouse work including forklift experience/training.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales Support: communicate professionally with customers and provide product knowledge.
• Order Management & Communication: enter orders, pricing, and data; respond via multiple channels.
• Inventory & Showroom Operations: maintain stock, organize showroom, schedule deliveries.
• Cash Handling & System Use: balance cash drawer and use billing software.
• Product & Project Knowledge: keep product expertise; manage order docs for large projects.
• Logistics & Operations Coordination: coordinate deliveries with operations; assist with special products.
