The role requires excellent communication, ability to manage multiple tasks, and familiarity with Windows. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years inside sales experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales Support: maintain professional communication with customers and provide product knowledge to generate quotes and proposals
• Order Management & Communication: enter orders, pricing, and data; respond to quotes via multiple channels; collaborate with sales and internal teams
• Inventory & Showroom Operations: maintain stock levels, organize showroom, coordinate deliveries and logistics
• Cash Handling & System Use: operate cash register and balance drawer; use management software for billing and reporting
• Product & Project Knowledge: stay updated on products; manage documentation for large projects
• Logistics & Operations Coordination: coordinate deliveries with Operations; manage special product purchases
• Trainings: attend required sales meetings and company trainings
• Miscellaneous: support Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and related duties
