You'll provide administrative support to the Sales Team, manage dealer accounts, and re-engage dormant dealers to boost activity on our bidding platform. Strong communication and resilience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years inside sales, outbound calling, or automotive experience preferred
• Positive, competitive attitude with resilience to rejection
• Ability to navigate CRM systems and online platforms quickly
• Basic computer skills: MS Word/Excel/Outlook

Responsibilities

• Drive volume by calling registered dealers to pitch auction inventory and digital access
• Build relationships with a portfolio of automotive buyers and sellers
• Close deals and exceed monthly sales targets
• Re-engage dormant dealers and onboard to bidding platform
