Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some customer relations experience.
• Eligible for a Sales license; valid driver's license.
• Clean MVR; knowledge of vehicles and test drives.
• Exceptional knowledge of makes, models, features.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service during the buying experience.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and features to assist customers.
• Explain depreciation, equity and values to customers.
• Follow up with customers and collaborate with the team to meet dealership standards.
• Adhere to all safety policies and report accidents immediately.
• Set personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity standards.
