Job summary

United Rentals, the world's largest equipment rental provider, is hiring an Inside Sales Rep for the Fluid Solutions branch. You will be a key customer contact, recommend solutions, quote, sell, and fulfill orders based on customer needs.

You will focus on fluid solutions equipment rental and related services, building relationships and driving branch growth. Responsibilities include processing quotes and contracts, educating customers on equipment use, coordinating with branch staff, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel) and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish understanding of the rental business for fluid solutions.
• Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts.
• Establish new rental and sales accounts with walk-in and call-in customers.
• Educate customers on proper equipment use.
• Coordinate with branch staff to deliver customer satisfaction.
• Track daily equipment pickups and returns.
• Run reports to monitor equipment and facilitate operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
