Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of the Companies, seeks an Inside Sales Representative in Childress, TX to manage inquiries, quotes, orders and fulfillment, ensuring accurate processing and timely issue resolution. You will be a primary internal contact, collaborating with outside sales, branch leadership and support teams to drive revenue and service quality.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in inside sales or customer service and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales operations.
• 2-4 years of experience in construction supplies, equipment industry, or a related field preferred.
• Certifications and licenses: None required.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Creates and maintains accurate sales quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts in accordance with established standards.
• Coordinates purchasing activities for inventory, drop-ship items, re-rented equipment, and site services in alignment with procurement guidelines.
• Supports inventory, equipment, and receiving activities by maintaining accurate records, following inventory control procedures, and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborates with outside sales representatives and branch leadership to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Leverages product and equipment knowledge to support customer decision-making and resolve service-related issues.
