Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quotes, order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Create and maintain accurate sales quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts.
• Coordinate purchasing activities for inventory, drop-ship items, re-rented equipment, and site services in alignment with procurement guidelines.
• Support inventory, equipment, and receiving activities by maintaining accurate records, following inventory control procedures, and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives and branch leadership to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Leverage product and equipment knowledge to support customer decision-making and resolve service-related issues.
• Prioritize daily tasks and manage time effectively to consistently meet service standards

Job Summary

Provides advanced inside sales and customer support by managing customer inquiries, sales orders, and fulfillment activities. Serves as a primary internal point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate order processing, timely issue resolution, and consistent service delivery. Applies strong product knowledge and process expertise to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Education Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

• 3-5 years of related experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales operations required.
• 2- 4 years of experience in construction supplies, equipment industry, or a related field preferred.
