Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Warrenton, MO. The role focuses on handling inquiries, quotes, orders, and fulfillment while collaborating with outside sales and branch leadership to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in inside sales or customer service, plus 2-4 years in construction supplies or related field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years inside sales / customer service experience.
• 2-4 years in construction supplies or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quotes, order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Create and maintain accurate sales quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts.
• Coordinate purchasing activities for inventory, drop-ship items, re-rented equipment, and site services in alignment with procurement guidelines.
• Support inventory, equipment, and receiving activities by maintaining accurate records, following inventory control procedures, and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives and branch leadership to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Leverage product and equipment knowledge to support customer decision-making and resolve service-related issues.
• Prioritize daily tasks and manage time effectively to consistently meet service standards
