Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Monroe, LA. Provides advanced inside sales and customer support by managing customer inquiries, sales orders, and fulfillment activities.

Serves as a primary internal point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate order processing, timely issue resolution, and consistent service delivery. Collaborates closely with outside sales representatives, branch leadership, and internal support teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of inside sales, customer service, or sales operations experience required.
• 2-4 years in construction supplies, equipment industry, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle: inquiries, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, issue resolution.
• Creates and maintains quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts per standards.
• Coordinates purchasing for inventory, drop-ship items, re-rented equipment, and site services.
