Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of related experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales operations.
• 2-4 years of experience in construction supplies, equipment industry, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Create and maintain accurate sales quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts in accordance with established standards.
• Coordinates purchasing activities for inventory, drop-ship items, re-rented equipment, and site services in alignment with procurement guidelines.
• Supports inventory, equipment, and receiving activities by maintaining accurate records, following inventory control procedures, and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborates with outside sales representatives and branch leadership to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Leverages product and equipment knowledge to support customer decision‑making and resolve service‑related issues.
• Prioritize daily tasks and manages time effectively to consistently meet service standards.
