Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, in Monroe, LA, seeks an Inside Sales Representative responsible for advanced inside sales and customer support. You will manage inquiries, sales orders, and fulfillment, acting as the primary internal contact to ensure accurate processing and timely resolution.

Collaborating with outside sales, branch leadership, and internal teams, you will leverage product knowledge to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction while prioritizing daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of inside sales, customer service, or sales operations experience required.
• 2-4 years in construction supplies, equipment industry, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Creates and maintains accurate quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts.
• Coordinates purchasing for inventory, drop-ship items, and site services per procurement guidelines.
• Supports inventory, equipment, and receiving activities with accurate records and discrepancy resolution.
• Collaborates with outside sales and branch leadership to identify customer needs and propose solutions.
• Leverages product knowledge to help customers decide and resolve service issues.
• Prioritizes daily tasks to meet service standards.
