United Rentals, the world’s largest equipment rental provider, is hiring an Inside Sales Rep at our Manassas branch to be a key customer contact and consultant. You will quote, sell and fulfill equipment and services, building relationships and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts.
• Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers.
• Negotiate prices on equipment rentals and contractor supplies per policy.
• Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer expectations.
• Generate leads for new business and inform Outside Sales.
• Warm call on lost/dormant accounts to retain business.
• Maintain a clean, presentable showroom with stocked merchandise.
