Job summary

Lonestar Electric Supply in Texas is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, qualify prospects, and close sales while delivering exceptional service to channel partners and customers.

The role requires a high school diploma, proven inside sales experience in electrical supply, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Formal inside sales experience in electrical supply or distribution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads, follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
• Understanding customer needs and making recommendations based on opportunities.
• Manage customer expectations by ensuring commitments are met.
• Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand database of prospects within territory.
• Build and monitor sales pipeline and close deals.
• Develop lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
• Other duties as assigned by sales manager.
